RCN regions and countries are assigned conference places in proportion to their number of accredited reps. They will be allocating their places using agreed criteria and will maintain a waiting list in the event of oversubscription.
Reps can expect to hear about their application by 5 August and, following confirmation of their place, are then asked to return to this webpage to keep up to date with event information.
The spring conference will be held in person on Thursday 30 and Friday 31 October 2025 in Leeds. Travel and accommodation will be arranged for all attending reps.
